| Abstract |

We describe the support the DNS provides for IPv6
related lookups. Current status of deployment, from the
root servers, through the TLD servers to ISP resolvers
and end users will be presented. Finally, we will present
the support available from the currently available
implementations and issues involved in the operation of
an IPv6 capable DNS.
