While the Internet offers a favorable interconnection medium, security issues are still crucial to its development. One major problem that limits the increased use of security protocols is the sharing related issues. In this paper, we propose a solution, as part of a complete architecture, to enable geographically separated administrators to agree on a common dynamic security policy.
