Abstract

The new work organisations in the companies are based more and more on the computerized environments (GroupWare, CSCW, Workflow...) and consequently lead to increase the use of the communications resources. Thus, a bad evaluation of the company network capabilities can generate dysfunction on the group conversations. The objective of this paper is to improve the network organization in order to improve the Quality of Service that it can guarantee. A method based on the analysis of co-operation graphs is proposed. The interests of this method are shown from the network organization simulation results of an exchange scenario.
