We present a denotational semantics for agent deliberation
dialogues, i.e., dialogues over proposed actions, conducted
under a broad class of interaction protocols. The semantics
uses category-theoretic entities to represent deals proposed
by agents and the preferences they articulate between
these. The semantics is constructed jointly and incrementally
by the participating agents in the course of the dialogue,
and evolves with the dialogue. We consider properties
of the semantics relating to deals and dialogue termination.
